To impart knowledge of storytelling as well as of the interior design market and trends.
Our solution
Good communication is about more than just churning out social media posts. Many creatives use online media to publicize themselves, their work and their products. But very few people are capable of telling their own story well. They don’t have the tools necessary to generate clear content: writing skills as well as knowledge of target groups, and communication channels and methods. We have developed a workshop. We teach the basics of journalistic writing for, e.g. websites, newsletters or press releases; we explain how to define target groups, which communication formats exist and when PR is useful.
A second workshop is dedicated to the topic of market & trends. We talk about the contemporary interior design market and offer field trips to gain exclusive insights into the business models of innovative studios and companies.
Both workshops take place regularly at the Swiss Textile College (Textilfachschule Schweiz) in Zurich. www.stf.ch
